Hi everyone and welcome to my Keto Weight Loss and Fitness website. Fitness has become a passion of mine in the last few years, as I reach middle age, and I have navigated the pitfalls of eating and exercising and would like to share that knowledge with you.

Through trial and error, and lots of research and reading, I have come to an understanding of how your body uses the nutrients that you give it, and how it uses that energy to help you lose weight as you increase your fitness level.

I am now ready to share these secrets with you!

A Little Story of My Fitness Journey

I have always been in pretty good shape. I wasn’t really overweight, except in university when my 5’7″ frame was carrying around 180 pounds. Yikes! That being said, my weight did fluctuate between 140lbs and 175lbs over the years, and when I hit the magic 50 years old, I decided it was time to do something about getting into shape again.

My wife and I decided to begin this journey together, as she also had a desire to get into better shape. Again, she was not overweight, but wanted to be in better shape. We experimented with different eating habits, tried the Paleo lifestyle for a while (we missed cheese and cream too much!) and landed, after much reading and research, on the Ketogenic lifestyle.

As we were trying these various eating plans, we also added exercise to our lifestyle. Again, after much research and reading, we landed on a plan of exercise that complimented the Keto lifestyle and has allowed us the opportunity to get in the best shape of our lives. Just a note, I will be 55 soon, and my wife will be 50 soon.

This is Easy!

So I have come to the point in my life, after a very short time of changing my eating habits and adding exercise to my life, that I am excited about sharing how easy it is for you to become the best you can be!

I will not call this information a diet or exercise regime.

This is a change in your lifestyle. An easy change in your lifestyle, as you will see. You will be able to eat all the foods that you love, and start to lose weight. You may have to give up a few items of food that you crave, but you already know, deep down in your heart, that those foods are not good for you anyways.

So, join me in this journey. You will find easy ways to improve your health, based on nutrition, exercise and the addition of a few supplements. Don’t worry. I never exercise more than 45 minutes in a day, and it is usually only 30 minutes!

It Only Takes a Few Weeks to Create a Healthy Lifestyle.

My goal is to help you become the best “you” possible. You will be amazed at how much energy you will have. You will be excited to look in the mirror every day. You will be encouraged to take pictures to track your progress. And there will be progress. I promise! Remember, this is easy!

  1. Ohh I’m so glad I found your site! My husband and I started with keto diet last November. We have lost weight and feel pretty good in general. We like it a lot but sometimes we feel it will be hard to keep going in the long term. Do you have any advice?

    • Hi Jenny.
      My advice to you would be to find a few Keto cookbooks. Then you can find lots of recipes to try, and find the ones you like. That way the food never gets boring. The part I like is how tasty the good fats are! I just love bacon and butter and cream. I put 35% whipping cream in my coffee.
