The content on this website is vast. Please remember, that Dr. Anthony Balduzzi has dedicated hie life to the fitness of fathers over the age of 40. That is a lot of information he has to share.

On top of that, there are updates that will come regularly, and a Sunday message that is uplifting and inspiring.

The food suggestions are great. Keep in mind that I am endorsing a Keto Lifestyle, so some food suggestions need to be taken with a grain of salt, pun intended. There will be some recipes that include carbohydrates.

Remember what I have said in the past: It’s not what you do some time that counts, it’s what you do most of the time.

If you have the desire to have some carbs once in a while, then you should. We want the Keto lifestyle to be sustainable for the long run. If having carbs once in a while keeps you on the Keto path, then I am 100% fine with that. Just get back to getting your calories from healthy fats the very next meal.

Staying in ketosis is the goal.

The exercise programs are easy to follow and are very well explained. They start you out as a beginner, giving you the basic movements that will be needed to build a solid physical foundation to build upon. I have watched many of the videos and incorporated many of the movements into my weight lifting program.

Dr. Anthony explains how the muscles work and what it takes to make them grow in great detail, but in an easy to understand manner.

My Ratingfit father project

I gave this program an overall rating of 9 out of 10 for the very reason mentioned above. It is not a purely Keto based program.   2. This sounds like a very good program for men who are busy and on the go.I my self is always working and do not have time to exercise at the gym.So a program like this would be ideal and practical that matches well with a busy lifestyle of alot of men.

    There are so many fake fitness programs out there, that work if you are already half way toned, that I kinda gave up on this kind of thing sometime ago.

    Obviously, that was a bad choice. Reading your review on the Fit Father Project I feel a sense of renewed hope. I mean, how can so many recommend a program if it does not work?

  4. I been on the Fit father program for 3 months and have gotten very good results, down 27 lbs. Remember on this program your not just losing weight but gaining muscle. Try it it’s a great plan, but it takes some hard work.

      I am so happy to hear you are having great results. The great thing about gaining muscle, is that it improves your metabolism and increases testosterone, both of which improve weight loss. Now that’s the cycle we all want to be on! LOL
