Fit Father Project

Last Updated: June 16, 2020

Hey everyone!

Welcome to the page!

With all the weight loss information available, how can you make sense of it, or choose the program that is right for you?

There are many products that you can buy that will work. The key is to find one that works for you.

With Father’s Day on the way, I thought I would review a program designed to take care of the dad bod!

In today’s post, I will review the Fit Father Project, a program specifically designed for busy fathers over the age of 40.

Other reviews will be coming as the year progresses so you can choose the program that is right for you.

Let’s get started.

Fit Father Project

The Fit Father Project is the brainchild of Dr. Anthony Balduzzi. He is the creator of the program and in his own words:

“I’ve dedicated my life to one thing: helping busy fathers lose weight and build muscle to stay healthy for their families.”

You can read his in-depth story here. Click the link, go to the home page and click on Our Story. It is a heart wrenching story, but well worth the read, as it will show why one man dedicated his life to the health and well-being of fathers everywhere.

The Content

The content on this website is vast. Please remember, that Dr. Anthony Balduzzi has dedicated his life to the fitness of fathers over the age of 40. That is a lot of information he has to share.

On top of that, there are updates that will come regularly, and a Sunday message that is uplifting and inspiring.

The food suggestions are great. Keep in mind that I am endorsing a Keto Lifestyle, so some food suggestions need to be taken with a grain of salt, pun intended. There will be some recipes that include lots of carbohydrates.

Remember what I have said in the past: It’s not what you do some time that counts, it’s what you do most of the time.

If you have the desire to have some carbs once in a while, then you should. We want the Keto lifestyle to be sustainable for the long run. If having carbs once in a while keeps you on the Keto path, then I am 100% fine with that. Just get back to getting your calories from healthy fats the very next meal.

Staying in ketosis is the goal.

The exercise programs are easy to follow and are very well explained. They start you out as a beginner, giving you the basic movements that will be needed to build a solid physical foundation to build muscle on. I have watched many of the videos and incorporated many of the movements into my weight lifting program.

Dr. Anthony explains how the muscles work and what it takes to make them grow in great detail, but in an easy to understand manner.

My Ratingfit father project

I gave this program an overall rating of 9 out of 10 for the very reason mentioned above. It is not a purely Keto based program. That being said, it is very well packaged, easy to follow, and the results speak for themselves. Over 35,000 fathers have found success on this program. That speaks for itself.

All you need to do is look at the recipes through Keto lens, adjust accordingly, and enjoy.

The exercise program can be followed as written, and then as you begin to understand exactly how your body works and grows muscle, you can tailor your workout to meet your needs and desires.

Last Words

As I said at the beginning, there is so much information available, that at times it can be overwhelming. This program offers one place to start.

I will review other programs as the year unfolds, so that you can make decisions that are right for you.

If you have any questions or comments, please leave them below.

Thanks for listening.

See you in the next post.

Have a great day!

  1. Hi Tom. I love this quote: ” It’s not what you do some time that counts, it’s what you do most of the time.”
You are right in that there is so much information available to at times it is overwhelming. However, in this case, the results from 35,000 fathers that have achieved success from this program speak for themselves. I’m going to check it out.
    Thanks for sharing this information.

  2. This sounds like a very good program for men who are busy and on the go.I my self is always working and do not have time to exercise at the gym.So a program like this would be ideal and practical that matches well with a busy lifestyle of alot of men.

  3. Hi Tom,

There are so many fake fitness programs out there, that work if you are already half way toned, that I kinda gave up on this kind of thing sometime ago.

Obviously, that was a bad choice. Reading your review on the Fit Father Project I feel a sense of renewed hope. I mean, how can so many recommend a program if it does not work?

I might just give this one a go Tom and thank you so much for your thorough and informative article as I need something to drag me up and getting physically agile once again.

    Much appreciated. ~ Philip.

  4. I been on the Fit father program for 3 months and have gotten very good results, down 27 lbs. Remember on this program your not just losing weight but gaining muscle. Try it it’s a great plan, but it takes some hard work.

    • Robert:
I am so happy to hear you are having great results. The great thing about gaining muscle, is that it improves your metabolism and increases testosterone, both of which improve weight loss. Now that’s the cycle we all want to be on! LOL
      Keep at it!

  5. Hi Tom,
I’m 48 and a father of 2. I did the Fit Father Project FF30X for a month and lost weight. I stuck to the program. I didn’t have a gym membership so I did it in my garage with with dumbbells. The meal plan is simple and works. It’s about eating sensibly. I would make food at home or was able to eat on the road. The meal plan covers all situations. I also learned healthy eating habits and staying active. I finished the FF30X almost 2 months ago and I’ve kept the weight off.

    • Hi Steve!
You have no idea how happy that makes me. I am glad that you found FF30X and that it worked so well for you. Eating sensibly and staying active is the key! I also work out at home, as I find it more convenient and cost effective.
Well Done! Keep up the great work!’Have a great day!

    • Hi Tom And Allan,
Like Tom said, the Fit Father Project can be used with vegan options. I emailed the Fit Father Project support and they gave me some good info. A Fit Father Project approved cookbook “Easy. Whole. Vegan” can be found on Amazon for $10. Google “Fit Father Project Knowledge Base” for more information on vegan options and other topics.

  6. Hi Steve,
Thanks for your encouraging feedback on this program!
Would you perhaps know if the diet plan allows for vegan choices?
