Keto Blaze Review – Shark Tank Approved!

In a previous post I discussed the need to start your weight loss and exercise lifestyle change in small steps in order to maintain the sustainability of the changes.

We don’t want to diet and lose weight. If we do, when we stop the diet, the weight will come back. What we want to do, is take steps to change our lifestyle into a lifestyle that includes sustainable eating habits and sustainable exercise habits.

My suggestion in the other post was to start with a few food changes, see the results, and then add some exercise as a supplement to the weight loss. I also suggested trying a supplement called Keto Blaze. Today I will do an in-depth review of that product.

Let’s get started.

The main ingredient in Keto Blaze is beta-hydroxybutyrate or BHB. Of the three ketones that our body produces when we are in ketosis, this is the most prominent. The other two are Acetone and Acetoacetate (AcAc).

Our body produces a very small amount of Acetone when in ketosis and it is usually exhaled through the lungs and not used as fuel. AcAc is produced in a slightly greater quantity than Acetone and is present in the blood. BHB is the predominant ketone present in our blood.

BHB – How Is It Made?

BHB is produced in two ways.

The first is Endogenous, where the body produces the ketones naturally when you follow a low-carb diet and reach a state of natural ketosis. The liver then produces AcAc which eventually turns into BHB and is used to fuel the body.

The second way BHB is produced is exogenously. Preparing the body to produce exogenous ketones is a long and tricky process, so the easiest way to introduce exogenous ketones to the body, so they can be used as fuel, is through a supplement.

Sources of BHB

There are several sources of BHB that are available. The first source is MCT Oil. These are medium chain triglycerides and actually do not contain any BHB ketones, but they increase the production of BHB when it is present in the body.keto weight loss diet

Another source of BHB ketones is ketone salts. This is a combination of various substances (including sodium) that connect with the BHB so when they are consumed, the sodium dissolves and the BHB in the blood stream increases, but only marginally.

A third way of introducing exogenous ketones (BHB) into the body are ketone esters which are composed of a raw ketone molecule (BHB) bound to a ketone precuser. These are generally consumed in liquid form but can be very expensive.

Another way of introducing exogenous ketones is a powder form mixed with water or another liquid of your choice. I use this method on a regular basis, mixing the exogenous ketones with my coffee in the morning. Along with keeping me in ketosis, it increases my energy level.

The final way to introduce exogenous ketones into the system is through a weight loss supplement, such as Keto Blaze. When taken on a regular basis, Keto Blaze will keep a constant supply of ketones in your body, encouraging your system to stay in ketosis. The great part is that your body will use the stored fat in your body to create its own ketones first. The supplement just encourages this process to occur on a regular basis.

Keto Blaze

Now that all that is said about BHB ketones, let’s talk about Keto Blaze. As mentioned, The main ingredient in Keto Blaze is Beta-hydroxybutyrate, the most important ketone to assist in keeping you in the state of ketosis.

In combination with Intermittent Fasting, the addition of Keto Blaze to your lifestyle will kick-start you journey into ketosis and keep you there longer, therefore allowing you to lose weight in a healthy, quick manner.

There are many testimonials of how well Keto Blaze works, and the fact that there are no side effects because Keto Blaze is an all natural product.

Last Words
